A modern styled house with luxury fittings and luxe chandeliers offers four (4) bedrooms (all ensuite), a guest washroom, an open plan living room with its soaring ceiling, dining, modern fitted kitchen and a cinema room. Outside features include a beautiful garden, swimming pool, private bar (with a washroom), a riverbank platform and a picturesque landscape view of the river and its other bank.   Price: $1,200 / Night (Mon – Thurs) and $1,500 / Night (Fri – Sun) Security Deposit: 20%   Accommodates a maximum of 10 people per booking. Rate includes breakfast. Lunch and dinner are self-catered. You take your ingredients and our in-house chef will cook your meals at no additional cost. Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of full payment. A boat ride can be organized for you at an additional cost. GHC 1000 per hour. Seats up to 12 people per ride. Masseuse service at GHC 150 / person per hour. Maximum of 5 people per day. Discounted rates are available for all bookings of 2 nights and above!!
